Payment security

All Iamgen transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Your payment data is processed securely and never stored on our servers. All transactions are handled by trusted PCI-compliant payment providers.

Billing information

  • Your billing address must match your payment method details

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include 10% GST

  • International customers (if eligible in the future) may be subject to currency conversion fees

  • GST will be included in your tax invoice

HICAPS & health fund claims

  • Practitioners may provide invoices suitable for manual health fund submission

  • Iamgen does not currently support automated HICAPS claims

  • Contact your fund to confirm eligibility under wellness or integrative health categories

Medicare & NDIS

  • iamgen is not eligible for Medicare rebates at this time

  • NDIS self-managed participants may request an itemised invoice to submit directly

  • Please notify support if you require NDIS-compatible invoicing

Corporate wellness billing

  • Iamgen offers custom billing for approved corporate wellness programs

  • HR or wellness leads can contact us to set up direct invoicing or employee credits

  • Corporate plans may include practitioner consults, tracking, and reporting

Payment verification

For your security, some transactions may require additional verification, which could include:

  • CVV or CVC code check

  • 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)

  • Billing address verification

  • Bank authentication

Orders & authorisation

  • Your card or account will be authorised at the time of order

  • Charges are processed when your compounded protocol is dispatched

  • If your protocol requires pre-approval or scheduling, payment may be authorised earlier

  • Orders may be delayed if additional identity or address verification is required
