Because each iamgen protocol is made-to-order and prescription-based, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

If the issue was an error on our end (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we’ll cover all return shipping costs. For all other cases, returns may not be eligible.
