All orders for compounded health protocols are subject to practitioner approval. Iamgen reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including practitioner assessment, protocol suitability, regulatory restrictions, or suspected fraud.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Iamgen reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with the pricing at the time of your order.

2.4 Subscriptions and Refills

If you enrol in a recurring protocol plan, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method until you cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting support.

3. Product Use and Safety

All Iamgen protocols must be used in accordance with the guidance provided by your practitioner. Misuse or deviation may result in reduced effectiveness or adverse reactions.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Shipping

Orders are shipped from licensed Australian compounding pharmacies. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and protocol complexity.

4.2 Returns

Due to the personalised and prescription-based nature of our protocols, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details on faulty or incorrect orders.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Return Policy and once the matter has been reviewed by our support team and pharmacy partner.

5. Intellectual Property
